Pulsiv OSMIUM finished modules are fully assembled, ultra-compact, and EMC compliant modules produced by Pulsiv to demonstrate a size optimised design and enable rapid prototyping. They can also be easily integrated into end products without incurring any further design, development, or manufacturing costs.

65W USB-C general purpose module (Coming Q2 2024)
This 65W USB-C GaN optimised finished module with universal mains input voltage has been designed for general purpose adapters, chargers, and in-wall sockets and will deliver more than 95% average efficiency.
The front-end of the design utilises Pulsiv OSMIUM technology to efficiently manage the AC to DC conversion process with zero inrush current and no input voltage derating. Using an intelligent active valley fill approach, this patented method also enables the use of smaller system components compared to conventional designs. The DC-DC converter is based on an industry standard QR flyback and uses an EQ20 core which provides a 20% reduction in the Flyback Transformer size.

This 65W USB-C GaN optimised finished module has been designed with a limited input voltage range for USA & Japan markets. It is suitable for general purpose adapters, chargers, and in-wall sockets and will deliver more than 95% average efficiency.
